Maximum occupancy is 6 people

A dog is charged at € 7,00/per day (max. 2 dogs allowed)

Please note: no other pets allowed in the house! No cats!

Please bring your own bedding (pillowcases, duvetscovers and sheets) and your own towels, teatowels etc.

Electricity costs: € 0,55 per Kwh

Season A: minimum stay 4 nights 

Season B: minimum stay 5 nights

If there is a bank holiday in the time of your stay : min. of 5 nights stay

A deposit in cash is required on the day of arrival. € 150,00 

Payment details: A payment of 20% of the total rental price is to be paid within the first 10 days of booking. The final payment (80 %) is to be paid no later than 3 weeks before arrival
